Hello once again SWEAT Podcast Family, we are again proud to give you yet another guest mix from South Africa. Last months mix from DJ Groove Candi has reached close to 5000 downloads/plays and we are sure you will enjoy this one as well. This mix is brought to us by Miss Groove-Soul DJ, a sweet sampling of what's to come from this fabulous young lady, now here is her info and track listing:

My real name is Tabudi Francina Ramonyai born in Seshego. The 25 year old lady DJ began to love house music when she was in high school at the tender age of 14 when Glen Lewis’s Mid Tempos were still the in thing in the industry. The more I matured in House Music I began to realize that my love of this music was more into Deep, Soulful, Afro and Underground House music.

I got influenced by the Lady DJs like Groove Candi from Pretoria and Lady Zeejay from Soweto to become one of the lady DJs in South Africa. November 2010 is when I began, I was taught how to DJ by DJ Tsiki from Soweto, since then I have played in places like Channel M, Europa, House 22, Rhapsody’s and Cappello Sunnypark, Cofi PLK and Brooklyn, Disoufeng Soweto, Pimville, Vaal, Brits, Witbank, Giyane, Westrand, Camel Rock in Northern Cape and Bedrock at Hammanskraal just to name a few.
I have also played alongside local and international DJs and producers like Da Capo. Dj Choice, ProblemChild, Ganyani, Positive K, Dj Style, Mulo Blaqe, Christos, Ralf Gum and Frank Roger just to name a few. Singing is one of my other passions as well so with that being said, I’ve also done vocals with Foxy D Miller one of the best producers in Randfontein and I’m also looking forward to working with other great South African and International producers as well.

I have two tracks that have been released on Traxsource, Beatport and Juno download, Black Rose feat Mulo Blaqe and I’ve Been Waiting. These tracks have also had air play on national radios such as Metro Fm on the Urban Beat. I hope to inspire more females to join the industry, we still need more passionate female DJs, if I can do it so can they.

Her success has earned her acclaim and opportunities, including spots
intercontinental. Popularity has her rocking the crowds from South

Africa, Lesotho, and Zanzibar, Tanzania-Dar es salaam, Namibia.

Always true to her inner visionary, Groove Candi continued her
ventures featuring on like Jika Majika on SABC1, The ferminine touch
on Yfm, LKG shows on Soweto TV, Big Brother Africa, Channel O 411 show

and her mixes running from all National Radio stations countrywide!.

At the same time, continues maintaining her own brand which is
uncompromising playing at gigs like The Gauteng Beach Party, Sixties
party the list is endless.

She is currently also giving back to the community by being in

campaigns like "Dress a School child Campaign" in Schools around Tembisa,

"help dress the football-club campaign" called the Terminators in Mamelodi, worked also at the Mokopane community radio station.
